UNISON believes everyone is entitled to be treated with respect in the workplace. We are calling for:
- A new Dignity at Work Bill with rigid guidelines on bullying and the kind of behaviour you are entitled to expect when you're at work
- Every Human Resources department to be fully trained on acceptable working conditions
- Bullying to be treated as a potential disciplinary offence
- All workplaces to have access to counsellors, who offer support and advice, should you need it
